Deposit money on 399BET
Deposits are manual: you send the money from your Nagad or bKash app, then confirm it with the TRX code. Takes about two minutes.
Deposit step by step
- Log in to the 399BET app, open your Wallet and tap Deposit.
- Choose your method (Nagad, bKash or Rocket where shown) and copy the receiving account number plus the exact order amount.
- Open your Nagad/bKash app → "Sent Money" → enter their account number and the exact amount. Do NOT use "Cash Out" — that money will not reach your wallet.
- Back on the 399BET deposit page, enter the TRX (transaction ID from your payment SMS) and tap Submit — without this step the top-up does not complete.
Payment methods
- Nagad — the documented method: Sent Money to the shown account, then TRX confirm.
- bKash — named as a supported method; same send-and-confirm flow.
- Rocket — named as a supported method for Dutch-Bangla Bank users.

Deposit not showing?
Sent the money but the balance didn't move? Run through this checklist — it fixes nearly every case:
- Wrong button: Nagad deposits must go as Sent Money, not Cash Out or Payment. Cash Out sends to the wrong place.
- Wrong amount: the amount you sent must match the order amount exactly, down to the taka.
- Wrong TRX code: copy the transaction ID from your Nagad/bKash history carefully — one wrong digit and the system can't match it.
- Old account number: the receiving account changes often. Always copy the fresh number shown on the deposit page — never reuse one from an old screenshot.
If everything above is right and the money still hasn't landed, take a screenshot of your payment receipt and talk to support with your username. Never pay anyone outside the app to "fix" a deposit.
Deposit questions
Log in, open Wallet, tap Deposit and pick your method. Copy the receiving account number shown, pay the exact order amount from your Nagad or bKash app, then enter the TRX (transaction ID) back on the deposit page and hit Submit.
399BET's deposit flow only tracks "Sent Money" transfers. If you use Cash Out, the money goes somewhere their system cannot see, and your wallet will not be credited.

Once you submit the TRX, crediting is usually quick. If the money has not arrived after a while, contact in-app customer service with your TRX code and they will trace it.
