Terms & conditions of the 399BET app

1. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. By creating an account you confirm you meet the age requirement and that online gaming is permitted for you.

2. Your account

One account per person. Pick your own username, keep your password private, and notify support immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Adding & taking out money

• Deposit and withdrawal limits are shown in the app and may change — always check the current limits on the deposit and withdrawal pages before transacting.
• Withdrawals go only to wallets/accounts verified in your name.
• Withdrawals are processed as shown in the app; bank transfers may take longer.
• We may request identity verification before large withdrawals.

4. Bonus rules

Deposit bonuses carry a 5x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. Cashback and referral commission have no wagering. Bonus abuse — including multiple accounts or coordinated play to exploit offers — leads to bonus removal and account closure.

5. Fair play

Use of bots, scripts, collusion or exploits is prohibited. Bets placed on settled or erroneous markets may be voided. In disputes, 399BET's decision based on official data providers is final.

6. Play safe

Gaming is entertainment, not income. Set deposit limits in the app, take breaks, and use self-exclusion if needed. See our Responsible Gaming page.

7. Our responsibility

Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for losses from connectivity issues, market suspensions or force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to your account balance.

8. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the app after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
